Hello everyone! For those of you not on our Facebook site (https://www.facebook.com/groups/ApplewoodNeighbors/), here are the basics of the issue. A developer put in a rezoning pre-application with Jefferson County to rezone the Applewood Golf Course for residential development for about 450 homes. You can find the rezoning documents here:
